What is Rx Medi-Trend^SM?
Rx Medi-TrendSM is a Microsoft Access based application designed to assist hospitals record, track, trend and report medication errors, adverse drug errors, and pharmacist interventions.

History of Rx Medi-Trend^SM?
Rx Medi-Trend^SM was developed in October of 1999. Initially beta-tested at two (2) Ohio hospitals, the application was released to all Pharmacy Systems, Inc. client hospitals in October 2000. As of January 2002, thirty-four (34) hospitals are using Rx Medi-Trend^SM to record and report their medication errors, adverse drug errors, and pharmacist interventions. During this two (2) year period, Rx Medi-Trend^SM has undergone twp (2) major upgrades and four (4) minor upgrades. With this latest upgrade, Palm OS^® functionality has been added.

System Requirements
- PC with at least 486 processor (Pentium 133mHz minimum recommended).
- 32MB of RAM
- Microsoft Access 97 or 2000 (a runtime version of MS Access 2000 can be supplied).
- Screen Resolution 800x600, minimum.
