The "Admin" no longer appears in the logon screen, what has happened?
You have either deleted the "Admin" or have typed over this user. In both cases, you have effectively locked yourself out of the administrators' screens. To correct this problem, please contact Sarah Labor at (614) 766-0101 Ext. 20.

Can I put Rx Medi-TrendSM on the hospital network?
Yes and No. Version 1.0 has been installed on a hospital network at one (1) site for beta testing. All other users of Version 1.0 do not yet have this option. Version 2.0 (to be released in mid 2001) is expected to have this feature for all users.

I ran my medication error/adverse drug event report and had duplicate data, what has occurred?
It is more than likely you selected "medication error/adverse drug event" more than once in the intervention field. To correct this problem, locate the intervention with the duplicate information. Then select either "view Medication Error" or "view ADE", as appropriate. Then select "DELETE". Each time you select "DELETE", you will delete one (1) record.

How accurate is the cost avoidance data?
The calculation is an estimate of the activity completed. The formula was developed based upon data found in the medical literature. It is currently being reviewed to determine if a change should be made. It is important to note the cost avoidance errors on the side of conservatism.

I entered the necessary information into the data entry screen; However, when I tried to print a communication form it was blank. What happened?
Microsoft Access doesn't recognize the data until it has been "refreshed". "Refreshing" occurs when the user moves to another record. To correct the problem, move to another record and then back to the desired record (e.g., intervention) prior to printing the form.

I received an error message about "Physician Key" on the Physician screen. What is the problem?
An error is occurring because of incorrect programming. This problem has been solved in Version 2.0.

I ran my ADE Report for a short time period, but the report listed all ADE's. What is the problem?
